All of our guest rooms are spacious and comfortably accommodate two people. Along with overnight lodging, guests in the Main Building will be treated to our lavish German breakfast. Breakfast is available to our Log Cabin, Suite and Studio guests with prior arrangement at an additional charge. Free wireless High Speed Internet access available from all rooms.

The Small Print...Our Policies

• Rates are subject to change and do not include local, state, and room taxes.
  
• For a guaranteed reservation we require a valid Visa or Master Card or personal Check. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
 
• CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation or you will be charged for your entire reservation. Reservations for Holidays or Holiday Weekends can not be canceled (no exceptions). "NO SHOW" will be charged for entire reservation booked. Administration charge of 15% will be made on all cancellations.
  
• Check in time is 3:00 - 8:00p.m, unless other arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  
• Children are welcome in the Austrian & Italy Suites, Bluebird Cabin and Vienna & Munich Studios. The $15 additional person charge applies for children seven years of age and older.
  
• We do NOT accept pets. Please leave yours at home. We have 2 friendly dogs and 1 cat.
  
• Gaestehaus Salzburg is Three-Diamond AAA rated.
  
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
  
• Gift Certificates are "pre-payments" and must be used before the expiration date. Gift Certificates are not refundable & some restrictions may apply..
