Our guest rooms are spacious and comfortably accommodate two people. Along with overnight lodging, all guests will be treated to our lavish German breakfast.   Free wireless High Speed Internet access available from all rooms.  Satellite TV and a large movie library are available in all rooms.  Five rooms have pull out sofa beds to accommodate maximum 2 children.  Sofa Beds are not comfortable for adults and are not recommended.

In addition to the special travel packages  offered throughout the year that include accommodations and breakfast, dinner, tickets to the Biltmore Estate and Chimney Rock Park, golfing and massage; we also offer special return visit pricing for our repeat guest as well as LONG TERM RENTAL (90 Day's or more) starting at $600 per Month.  Please call for this special discount when booking your next visit. Weekly rates are heavily discounted and do not include breakfast.  Breakfast may be purchased at an additional $8.50 per person..

The Small Print...Our Policies

We are a small business and to operate efficiently, the following policies are strictly enforced. We ask your co-operation and respect for all guest.

• Rates are subject to change and do not include local, state, and room taxes.
  
• For a guaranteed reservation we require a valid Visa or Master Card or personal Check. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
 
• CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation or you will be charged for your entire reservation. Reservations for Holidays or Holiday Weekends can not be cancelled (no exceptions). "NO SHOW" will be charged for entire reservation booked. Administration charge of 15% will be made on all cancellations.
  
• Check in time is 3:00 - 8:00p.m, unless other arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.  There is an additional charge on all late check-outs.
  
• Children are welcome in the Austrian & Italy Suites, Bluebird Cabin and Vienna & Munich Studios. Children must be well supervised at all times and respect the rights of our other guests. The $25 additional person charge applies for children seven years of age and older.
  
• We do NOT accept pets. Please leave yours at home. We have very friendly dogs and 1 cat which roam the property. Guests who arrive with pets will be charged full rate, as a cancellation.
• Gaestehaus Salzburg is Three-Diamond AAA rated.
  
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
  
• Gift Certificates are "pre-payments" and must be used before the expiration date. Gift Certificates are not refundable & some restrictions may apply.
